MVP privacy draft
Privacy Policy
This page explains the minimal data collected to operate the API, billing, and abuse controls.
What we collect
- Account identifiers such as email and internal user ID.
- API key metadata, wallet records, billing events, and request-level usage metrics.
- Operational logs including timestamps, request IDs, billing status, and error diagnostics.
Why we collect it
- To authenticate requests, meter usage, apply billing, and prevent abuse.
- To investigate outages, billing issues, and security incidents.
- To improve service stability and basic product operations during the MVP stage.
Data handling
- Prompt and completion content may pass through configured upstream providers to complete requests.
- Billing providers may receive the minimum information required to complete checkout and confirm payment.
- Customers should avoid sending regulated, personal-sensitive, or highly confidential data until a fuller compliance program is published.
- The current development version is designed to keep billing and usage records without storing full prompt or output text in the local repository.
